[Sourissimo] THE SCOTTISH FOLD CAT
The Scottish Folds are sweet, gentle and quiet cats
that make no demands on life, other than to be close
to the people they love. With their big round eyes and
folded ears they look like little furry owls and posses
a unique expression among feline breeds.

They get along very well with other animals, including
dogs. Sociable and curious, the Folds can often be
seen sitting up on their back haunches like little prairie
dog, perhaps to have a better view of their surrounding.

This breed is fairly recent and still rare in Canada, but
becoming more and more popular due to its unique
characteristics and sweet personality.

About us:

We are a small cattery (Rosa Cattery) located in Quebec, Canada. We have been breeding Scottish Fold cat since 1990 and strive to produce Scottish Fold cat with good type and temperament. We have all colors but we are specialized in colorpoint, lynxpoint, bi-color colorpoint and silver.

All our kittens are part of our family and raised with lots of love. Our cats are raised with dogs and they get along very well together.

We are a "closed" cattery, and we do not accept any cat for breeding outside our own cattery. To assure that our cattery stay healthy and without hillness or parasite, we do not attend any cat show, even if most of our cats are of champion and grand-champion quality. We know its an extreme precaution and most cat shows are quite safe, but it is our decision.
