The Dalmatian
Dalmatians are loving with their families, and most are aloof and wary of strangers. They can be stubborn so they must be socialized and begin obedience classes early. They get along with other dogs and most other small animals,
though they may run after birds and squirrels, so they must always be
walked on a leash and exercised in a secured area. Dalmatians have a
lot of energy and do best in the suburbs or country, where they have
room to run around. They need good exercise and extensive training to
avoid serious behavior problems. Photo courtesy of www.corbis.com Click on the links below to get to a region. The number in the "#" section represent the number of breeders for a region. |
